A 6-Star Experience Awaits
Each evening, we were treated to complimentary late-night tea, a good surprise. The ambience in the beautifully arranged garden made every sip nice.
While the service was generally excellent, we found some breakfast staff lacking in warmth, which somewhat diminished the overall experience.

Staying here was good! The location is perfect, the design is fabulously elegant, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Can't wait to visit again-we feel like royalty!
But honestly, who knew I'd need a PhD to understand the menu prices? The decor is fine, but my wallet might need a therapy session!

Beautiful setting with helpful staff. The room was super clean and had all the amenities like a minibar, coffee machine, and luxurious toiletries. The spa was a highlight, offering a sauna and steam room. The location was quiet yet close to shops. Breakfast featured amazing pastries and fresh juices. Don't miss the garden lounge!

The Hotel has a perfect Location, the staff is amazingly friendly, which doesn't happen so often in Milan, and rooms and facilities are perfect !!
I don't have any complains, the only thing I could say if necessary, is that the staff in the lounge are not so "fast"

We just spent 4 nights in a Superior King Room and loved the details like the turn-down tea service and the comfy lavender pillows. There's also a relaxing spa and beautiful garden area. It would have been nice to have an outdoor pool for hot summer days, but still, don't miss the breakfast-it's available 24/7 ☕

The staff is welcoming and the hotel goes out of its way to make things luxurious - strawberries in your room in the afternoon, hot tea at night left in your room. Excellent restaurant, quiet retreat very near shopping and Duomo.
